OpenBack Aircraft, Runway, and MANPAD Guide

Build runways, load aircraft, create beachheads, extend launch range, and defend flights with MANPADs.

Build and stack runways

Runways cost 250,000 gold first, 500,000 second, and 750,000 afterward. Another runway placed in the valid snap zone stacks with the owned runway and expands its launch reach. Hover a completed runway to inspect its radius.

Load and launch aircraft

Place Aircraft on a completed owned runway. Aircraft cost 1,000,000 gold first, 1,500,000 second, and 2,000,000 afterward. Once ready, select Aircraft again and choose a valid destination inside the runway range. The committed troops travel aboard it.

Create a beachhead

The flight follows a visible dashed route. At its destination the aircraft crashes, damages a smaller area than a strategic nuclear weapon, and attempts to establish territory for the carried troops. Opponents can see the route and landing warning.

Intercept with MANPADs

A completed enemy MANPAD in range can destroy the aircraft and its troops. The successful interception consumes the defending level involved. MANPAD prices are 300,000, 600,000, then 1,000,000 gold.
