OpenBack Territorial RTS Foundations

How OpenBack combines deterministic territorial strategy, browser warfare, multiplayer, and combined-arms gameplay.

A deterministic territorial strategy foundation

OpenBack uses a deterministic simulation and renderer with organic country borders, real map expansion, nations, bots, economy, diplomacy, structures, ships, missiles, and synchronized multiplayer turns. The result is a real territorial RTS system rather than a visual imitation of a map game.

An expanded OpenBack identity

OpenBack's gameplay direction includes aircraft and runways, tanks and military bases, MANPADs, tank mines, military fuel railways, ranked matchmaking, clans, profiles, shareable lobbies, and optional match modifiers. These systems create broader air, ground, logistics, and competitive strategy.

Online strategy in the browser

Solo battles, private multiplayer, ranked games, and world-map warfare share the same browser interface. Players can practice nation building against computer countries and then apply the same economy, diplomacy, and military strategy against people online.
