Build a silo for a reason

A missile silo is expensive infrastructure. Protect it and make sure you can afford the intended weapon. A silo without an economic plan can delay every other part of your nation.

Choose the correct weapon

Atom bombs provide focused destruction, hydrogen bombs cover a much larger area at a higher cost, and MIRVs spread warheads across a nation. Use the smallest weapon that achieves the goal.

Reduce enemy strike value

Spread essential structures so one blast cannot remove everything. SAM launchers defend an area from incoming missiles, but their timing and interception behavior can be tested by a determined attacker.
